The Yellow Jacket program, under the direction of veteran Head Coach Jack Bethlenfalvy, has won three of the past four OAC regular season and OAC Tournament titles and have advanced to three of the past four NCAA Division III National Tournaments.
Despite the loss, the Yellow Jacket number one duo of senior All-OAC number one singles player Caitlyn Pecinovsky (Whitehall/ Columbus Bishop Hartley) and sophomore No.2 singles player Rebecca Mittler (Elyria Catholic) won, 8-6, and junior No.4 singles player Jenny Greene (Worthington/ Thomas Worthington) won by the scores of 6-2 and 6-2.
The Yellow Jackets are now idle until they participate at the annual Oberlin College Invitational Tournament from September 17-19 in Oberlin, Ohio.
