The Baldwin Wallace University Game Day Cheer Team supports all home football games, select away games, and post-season playoffs, when applicable. In addition to cheering at sporting events, the team actively participates in various BW events, community service initiatives, and fundraising activities throughout the year. Team members are expected to commit to a summer conditioning program and a summer camp to ensure peak performance. Dedication, determination, and a strong work ethic are essential qualities for all members of the Cheer Team.
Athletes are selected through a recruiting and/or tryout process. Prospective athletes are encouraged to register through the ATHLETIC RECRUIT PORTAL. and to attend recruit clinics hosted at BW. When visiting campus, prospective athletes may request a meeting with Coach Gretchen Toddy. To schedule a campus visit, please REGISTER HERE.
