BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's tennis team closed out the home portion of its fall schedule as it fell to Earlham (Ind.) College in a non-conference match by a final score of 6-1 on the Pop Collins Tennis Courts.
BW (0-6) won one doubles match and one singles matches. Earlham (1-2) won two doubles matches to claim the point and five singles matches. This season, the NCAA Division III tennis has adopted a new policy as doubles matches now account for one team point and not three points like in previous years.

- Andersen fell at first singles by scores of 6-3 and 6-0
- Brown fell at second singles by identical scores of 6-1
- Groh fell at third singles by scores of 6-0 and 6-3
- Trost fell at fourth singles by identical scores of 6-4
- Koutouras won at fifth singles by scores of 6-2 and 6-3
- Thielen fell at sixth singles by scores of 6-1, 4-6 and 10-2
The Yellow Jackets finish the fall season on Saturday, November 2 when they travel to nearby Oberlin for a non-conference match against Oberlin College on the Don Hunsinger Tennis Courts at 12 p.m.
