ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – The Baldwin Wallace University women's wrestling team closed out its inaugural regular season as it placed 16th at the D3 Quad Cities Invitational hosted by Augustana College inside the Roy J. Carver Center.
BW was 16th of 30 teams with 20 points. Wartburg (Iowa) College was the champion with 182.5 points.
Freshman 131-pounder
Lexie Beadle (Youngstown/Boardman) was the lone Yellow Jacket to finish in the top eight as she placed seventh of 24 wrestlers.

BW is back in action on Saturday, February 22 when it travels to Tiffin to compete in the NCWWC Regional Championships hosted by NCAA Division II Tiffin University inside the Heminger Center at 10 a.m.
