ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's tennis team dropped a post season match to the University of Mount Union by a final score of 6-1 on the Whitehill Tennis Courts.

BW (2-16) and Mount Union (7-12), who were the fifth and six team is the in the final Ohio Athletic Conference standings, played one final post season match before concluding its seasons.

Doubles

• Junior Gillian Brown (Brunswick) and sophomore Samantha Thielen (Toledo/Sylvania Northview) fell at first doubles by a score of 6-2
• Sophomore Colleen Andersen (Ashtabula/St. John) and Olivia Koutouras (Avon Lake) won at second doubles by a score of 7-5
• Senior Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference Emma Trost (Norwalk) and sophomore Saraphina Groh (Cuyahoga Falls) fell at third doubles by a score of x6-3

Singles

• Thielen fell at first singles by scores of 6-4 and 6-0
• Andersen won at second singles by identical scores of 6-0
• Koutouras fell at third singles by scores of 7-6 (7-2) and 6-2
• Groh fell at fourth singles by scores 6-1 and 6-0
• Trost fell at fifth singles by identical scores of 6-1
• Brown fell at sixth singles by scores of 6-2 and 6-1
