SALISBURY, Md. - The Baldwin Wallace University baseball team concluded its 2025 season in the NCAA Division III Regional Tournament Championship Series hosted by Salisbury (Md.) University as they fell to the host Salisbury by a final score of 12-1 at Donnie Williams Sea Gull Stadium.
BW (32-15) wraps up another record season highlighted by the program's fourth Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament Championship and their second straight conference crown to lock up a spot in the NCAA Division III Tournament for the twelfth time in school history. The Yellow Jackets got off to a slow start after being predicted to finish within the Top 15 teams in the country this preseason, but heated up in the second half of the season including separate win streaks of five games, six games, and eight games with the Brown and Gold winning 17 of their their final 21 games down the stretch. Salisbury (34-8) advances to the NCAA Division III Super Regional Tournament on Friday, May 23 as they host the Ashland, Virginia Regional Tournament Champion Messiah (Pa.) University.

- Top 6th - Senior All-OAC right fielder Justin Carinci (Ajax, Ontario/Pickering) scored on a Sea Gull wild pitch
At the Plate
- Senior designated hitter Harrison Johnson (Mason/William Mason) got the BW bats started with a single up the middle to finish 1-for-2 on the day
- Carinci scored the Brown and Gold's lone run and notched a double for his third extra base hit of the tournament
- Kilbane went 1-for-3 with a single to finish 6-for-16 on the weekend
On the Mound
- Senior All-OAC right-hander Dylan Snyder (Stow/Archbishop Hoban) got the start and went six quality innings where he allowed four runs on four hits and five walks while striking out two
- Each on short rest, senior All-OAC right-hander Vince Dolcemaschio (Los Angeles, Calif./Windward School) and freshman left-hander Tyler Vogel (Gibsonia, Pa./Pine-Richland) came on to pitch the seventh
- Freshman right-hander Sam Hoffman (Mentor/Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) and senior Academic All-OAC right-hander Kade Swisher (Berea/Berea-Midpark) combined the eighth to set up one final chance for the Jacket offense
