BEREA, Ohio – The No. 24 nationally ranked Baldwin Wallace University men's wrestling team continued its dominance in the Ohio Athletic Conference, capturing its school-record sixth consecutive OAC Title with a victory 27-15 victory over No. 21 Ohio Northern University in the Ursprung Gymnasium inside the Lou Higgins Center.
With the win, BW completed the dual season with an overall record of 12-6 and remained undefeated in OAC competition for the sixth straight year, finishing 6-0 in league action. The Yellow Jackets have now claimed 10 of the last 11 OAC championships and extended their conference dual meet winning streak to 45 matches. Ohio Northern (14-4, 5-1 OAC) finishes second for the fourth straight season and for the fifth time in the last six seasons.

- 184-pounds: Senior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC Remington Bauer (Norwalk/Edison) won a 19-4 technical fall
- 197-pounds: Senior All-American, Academic All-American and No. 1 nationally ranked Joey Petrella (Reynoldsburg/Bishop Hartley) loss a 4-2 decision to No. 15 nationally ranked Myles Johnson
- 285-pounds: Sophomore Andy Vanscoy (Cuyahoga Falls/St. Vincent-St. Mary) won a 14-3 major decision
BW closes out the regular season portion of its schedule on Saturday, February 14 when it travels to University Heights to compete in the John Carroll Open inside the Athletic and Wellness Center at 10 a.m.
