ACADEMIC MAJOR: Pre-Physical Therapy
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Colin Mayda played his second season of baseball at Baldwin Wallace University. He earned his first varsity letter.
GENERAL BASEBALL INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2011-2012 and sophomore in 2012-2013, Collin attended Mercyhurst (Pa.) Northeast.
As a junior in 2013-2014, Collin played his first season of baseball at BW and saw time on the junior varsity team. He earned a certificate of participation. The BW varsity set a single-season school-record with 30 victories, compiled a 30-20 overall record, placed second in the 2014 Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament, won the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional and advanced to its first-ever Division III College World Series.
As a senior in 2014-2015, Collin played his second season of baseball and earned his first varsity letter. He served as a back up outfielder on the varsity. Colin appeared in seven games, batted four times and scored one run. BW finished with a school-record 31 victories and a 31-12 record. The Yellow Jackets finished fourth at the OAC Tournament and advanced to their second straight NCAA Division III Regional Tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Collin Mayda grew up in Brooklyn, Ohio and graduated from Brooklyn High School.
Colin played four years of baseball and four years of basketball.
