Baldwin Wallace University

Cady Newman enters her third year as an assistant athletic trainer at Baldwin Wallace University in 2025-26.

Newman will serves as the athletic trainer for football, men's volleyball and women's wrestling.

She came to BW after serving as the assistant athletic trainer for Case Western Reserve University for one season.  Newman was the trainer for the Spartan men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s track and field and women’s volleyball teams. 

She also was an athletic training summer intern for the Cleveland Browns during the 2021 and 2022 training camps. 

Newman earned a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from Kent State University. 

She is a member of National Athletic Trainers Association and Ohio Athletic Trainers Association.
