Brandon Gelpi joins the BW baseball program as an assistant coach and will be in his combined as a player and coach fourth year with the program. As a player at BW, he hit .265 (48/181) with two home runs, 27 RBI, seven doubles and scored 34 runs. He was a two-time Academic All-OAC honoree and additionally had 19 at bats in two seasons with NCAA Division I University of Illinois-Chicago before transferring to BW.
