Chris Corso is entering his first year as the Director of Athletic Communications at Baldwin Wallace in 2026-27.

At Baldwin Wallace, Chris manages statistics and records for the Yellow Jackets and oversees the athletic department's primary social media accounts and website. In addition, he oversees publicity and media relations for all 28 intercollegiate sports programs while leading the department's storytelling through press releases and digital content.

Prior to BW, Chris was the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Information at Lake Erie College, where he oversaw the day-to-day communications efforts for the athletics department, including website management, social media, photography, videography, graphic design, and athletic communications. During his tenure, Corso led the department's transition from PrestoSports to SIDEARM Sports, helped coordinate the institution's first year with FloSports, reestablished the Athletics Hall of Fame after a 17-year hiatus, and developed an extensive digital and physical record book archive to preserve the history of Lake Erie athletics.

While at Lake Erie, Chris also served as the D2CCA men's soccer Midwest Region coordinator, spent two years on the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Awards Committee, and was a judge for the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Creative & Digital Design Contest in 2024 and 2025. In 2026, he was selected to represent the G-MAC at the NCAA Division II Professional Development Workshop for Sports Communicators.

In addition to his collegiate athletics experience, Chris served as a Public Affairs Specialist in the United States Air Force Reserves from 2020 to 2022, where he gained additional experience in photography, videography, and public affairs. He also developed an extensive freelance photography portfolio, specializing in concert photography throughout Northeast Ohio. He began his professional career in minor league baseball as an intern with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers during the 2016 and 2018 seasons.

Chris graduated from the University of Findlay in 2019, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Brand Professionalism. During his undergraduate studies, he also gained experience as a photographer for the men's and women's basketball programs.

A proud native of Youngstown, Ohio, Chris now resides in Euclid, Ohio.
