Cody Duckworth is entering his first year as a Lead Student Assistant in 2026-27 and his second year overall working with the Baldwin Wallace University Athletic Communications department.

At Baldwin Wallace, Duckworth has gained experience taking statistics and writing game and match recaps while assisting with the day-to-day coverage of Yellow Jacket Athletics. As a Lead Student Assistant, he will take on an increased leadership role within the department while serving as a resource and mentor for younger student assistants.

In addition to his work with Yellow Jacket Athletics, Duckworth has gained experience in coaching and sports management. He currently serves as a soccer coach at Jackson High School, where he designs training sessions, helps develop student-athletes and builds relationships within the program. He previously owned and operated Dominic and Cody's Skills Clinic, where he designed and marketed a summer soccer clinic for athletes ages 5-13 and generated more than $5,000 in revenue.

Duckworth has also demonstrated leadership throughout his time at Baldwin Wallace as an assistant captain of the Yellow Jacket men's soccer team and a board member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), where he represents the men's soccer program and advocates for student-athletes. He is also a member of the Sport Management Club and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

A native of Massillon, Ohio, Duckworth is a Sport Management major with double minors in Athletic Coaching and Research and Data Analytics and is expected to graduate in 2027. He holds a U.S. Soccer National D Coaching License in addition to multiple U.S. Soccer Grassroots Coaching Licenses.
