Hannah Knopp enters her fifth overall season and her first as the head athletic trainer at Baldwin Wallace University in 2025-26. Knopp was an assistant athletic trainer for the previous four years.

She will serve as the athletic trainer for baseball, football and men's wrestling.

She came to BW after serving as an athletic training fellow for the men’s cross country, men’s tennis, women’s cross country and women’s track and field teams at Florida Atlantic University for one season.  Prior to Florida Atlantic, Knopp was an assistant athletic training fellow for one season with the men’s and women’s cross country teams at the University of Memphis (Tenn.).  In addition, she was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Northwestern State (La.) University for the men’s and women’s cross country and track and field teams. 

Knopp earned a Bachelor of Arts in athletic training and health and fitness from Muskingum University and a Master of Science in health and human performance from Northwestern State.  She is a member of the National Athletic Training Association.
