Jeff Morganti is in his second season as an assistant coach at Baldwin Wallace University in 2026.
Morganti, who will work with the infielders, was a member of the 2025 Ohio Athletic Conference Coaching Staff of the Year and the University's first-ever OAC Regular Season Championship.
Before BW, He was a volunteer assistant coach at the University of Akron in the fall of 2024 and worked with the outfielders.Â
Morganti served as the head coach at Willoughby South High School in 2023 and assistant coach at NCAA Division II Ursuline College in 2022.Â
He served as the head coach at Lakeland Community College for nine seasons (2013-2022). While at Lakeland, Morganti mentored one National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American, 27 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Scholar All-Americans, and 18 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Academic All-Americans. He guided Lakeland to the NJCAA Region XII tournament in 2021 and 2022.
Morganti was the head coach at Eastlake North High School from 2003-09. While at North, He compiled a 125-72 record with three Premier Athletic Conference Championships and a Division I district title. Morganti was named Premier Athletic Conference Coach of the Year on three occasions.Â
He is a clinic instructor for College Coaches Showcase Camps.
Morganti earned a Masters of Communication from Cleveland State University in 2003, a teaching certificate from Cleveland State University in 1996, and his Bachelor of Arts in Mass-Media Communication from Akron in 1989.
