Madelyn Thomas enters her second season as a graduate assistant coach at Baldwin Wallace University in 2026.
Thomas was a member of the 2025 Ohio Athletic Conference Coaching Staff of the Year and the University's first-ever OAC Regular Season Championship.
She came to BW after earning a Bachelor of Arts in early childhood education and mild to moderate educational needs as well as a successful softball career at fellow Ohio Athletic Conference member Muskingum University.
While at Muskingum, she was a four-year letter winning pitcher for the Fighting Muskies. Thomas appeared in 90 career games in the circle with 60 starts.  She had a record 41-18 with four saves. Thomas recorded 393 strikeouts. She was a five-time OAC Pitcher of the Week Award winner and an All-OAC second-team selection.
Off the field, she was an Academic All-OAC honoree, College Sports Communicators Academic Al-District selection, National Fast Pitch Coaches Association All-America Scholar.
Thomas is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in strategic marketing.
