Tom Harrington enters his second season as an assistant coach for the 2024-25 campaign.

Harrington is no stranger to Berea after graduating from BW in the early 2000s and playing in the Yellow Jacket backcourt for legendary head coach Steve Bankson. Harrington also holds the school record for most assists in a season with 168.
