BEREA,Ohio—The Baldwin Wallace University women's soccer team was defeated by, the Ohio Athletic Conference regular-season champion, Capital University, 1-0, in an OAC game on Tressel Field inside of The George Finnie Stadium.
After 45 minutes of play the score was still tied, 0-0. Capital (13-4, 9-0 OAC) outshot BW (10-5-5, 4-2-3 OAC) 11 to two in a physical first half.
In the 84th minute the Crusaders broke through and scored the game-winning goal to take the 1-0 victory.

Emily Tallmadge made four saves for the Yellow Jackets.
The Yellow Jackets will play in the first round of the OAC tournament on Monday, November 2 at 7 p.m. on Tressel Field inside of The George Finnie Stadium.
