FINDLAY, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's cross country team placed sixth at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships, hosted by Heidelberg University.

BW was sixth of 10 teams with 181 points. John Carroll University was the champion with 26 points.

The Yellow Jackets were led in the 8k by:

• Sophomore Andrew Piehler (Medina) placed 34th in a time of 25:56.6
• Freshman Nate James (Warren / Harding) finished 36th in a time of 25:58.2
• Junior Sam Sikorski (Columbia Station / Columbia) placed 38th in a time of 26:01.8
• Freshman Will Prato (Massillon / Jackson) finished 39th in a time of 26:04.3
• Senior Joe Kelly (Lakewood) placed 47th in a time of 26:23.4

BW is back in action on Saturday, Nov. 16 when it travels to Indiana to compete in the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Championships, hosted by Franklin (Ind.) College.
