WOOSTER, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's soccer team fell to The College of Wooster in a non-conference game by a final score of 1-0 on the Carl Dale Field.

BW Leaders (5-5)

• Senior goalkeeper Katie Scott (Lewis Center / Olentangy) made 14 saves
• Senior All-Ohio Athletic Conference forward Sydney Rice (North Royalton) made three shots with one on goal

Wooster Leaders (5-1-2)

• Sophomore midfielder Bella Crompton scored the game-winning goal at the 18:22 mark of the first half
• Senior defender/midfielder Bailey Farrell assisted Crompton's goal

First Half

• Wooster outshot BW 13-2
• The Yellow Jackets made six saves
• The Fighting Scots won the corner kick battle by a 5-0 margin

Second Half

• The Brown and Gold made eight saves
• BW and Wooster tied at two corner kicks each
• Wooster outshot the Yellow Jackets 13-4

BW is back in action on Sunday, Sept. 29 for a non-conference road matchup against Adrian (Mich.) College. The game is set to begin at 1 p.m. inside Docking Stadium.
