ADA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's swimming and diving team closed out the road portion of its regular season schedule as it defeated Ohio Northern University in an Ohio Athletic Conference dual meet by a final score of 134-106 in the ONU Natatorium inside the ONU Sports Center.
BW (8-1, 4-0 OAC) won seven individual events and one relay. Ohio Northern (4-3, 2-3 OAC) won four individual events and one relay.
Individuals
- Senior Mallory Dondorfer (Mentor) won the 200-yard butterfly and 200-yard individual medley in times of 2:20.91 and 2:16.07, respectively
- Freshman diver Makena Mincey (Brunswick/Magnificat) won the 1-meter and 3-meter events total points of 272.60 and 251.90, respectively
- Freshman stroker Amelia Wands (East Amherst, N.Y./Williamsville North) won the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle in times of 25.88 and 56.54
- Sophomore All-OAC freestyler Melina Roberts (Westlake) won the 1000-yard freestyle in a time of 11:57.91 and was second in the 200-yard butterfly in a time of 2:25.19
- Sophomore stroker Abby Marquardt (Pickerington/Central) finished second in the 200-yard breaststroke in a time of 2:45.24
- Freshman stroker Brook Radcliffe (North Canton/Hoover) finished second in the 200-yard backstroke in a time of 2:20.74
- Sophomore stroker Ashley Slife (Westfield Center/Cloverleaf) was third in the 200-yard freestyle and 200-yard backstroke in times of 2:11.59 and 2:26.82
- Junior Academic All-OAC freestyler Ariel Lisy (Strongsville) was third in 500-yard freestyle in a time of 5:59.73
Relays
- The 200-yard medley squad of Radcliff, Wands, Dondorfer and junior stroker Mallory Upcraft (Oswego, N.Y.) won in a time of 1:57.80

The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Friday, January 24 when they close out the regular season portion of their schedule with an OAC dual meet against crosstown rival John Carroll University in the BW Natatorium inside the Lou Higgins Center at 6 p.m.
