BEREA, Ohio - The No. 16 nationally ranked Baldwin Wallace University men's volleyball team was defeated by No. 14 nationally ranked Aurora (Ill.) University in a non-conference match by a final score of 3-1 in Ursprung Gymnasium inside the Lou Higgins Center.
BW Leaders (7-6)
- Senior All-MCVL middle hitter Reed Fisher (Freedom, Pa./Ambridge Area) finished with a statline of seven kills, a career-high three aces, two solo blocks, and four block assists
- Sophomore outside hitter Daniel Latham (Westerville/Westerville Central) recorded his fourth straight 10+ kill game with a game-high 14 kills while also adding three aces
- Senior Academic All-MCVL setter Carson Junker (Massillon/Jackson) had a game-high 38 assists
- Senior All-MCVL outside hitter Ted Hofmeister (Powell/Saint Charles) tallied 11 kills and six digs
- Senior All-OAC outside hitter Michael Beard (Hilliard/Darby) and junior Academic All-MCVL libero Aiden Kim (Bothell, Wash./North Creek) each led the defense with seven digs
- Junior Academic All-MCVL middle hitter Colby Whiteside (Powell/Olentangy Liberty) added six kills
- Sophomore defensive specialist Jack Sullenberger (Powell/Olentangy Liberty) and freshman defensive specialist David Abercrombie (Maricopa, Ariz.) tallied three digs and one dig, respectively

- Senior outside hitter Solomon Dail led the Spartans with 11 kills
- Freshman outside hitter Nathan Kirwan tallied a team-high eight digs
