MARIETTA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's lacrosse team defeated Marietta College in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup by a final score of 22-5 inside of Don Drumm Stadium.

BW (12-4, 8-0 OAC) was led by sophomore attack/midfielder Noah Dodgion (Hilliard / Davidson) as he notched six goals with two ground balls, one assist and one caused turnover. The Yellow Jackets were also led by junior All-OAC attack/midfielder Bennet Trout (Pickerington / North) as he tallied four goals with four assists, one ground ball and one caused turnover.

1st Quarter

• BW outscored Marietta 5-2
• The Jackets won the face-off battle by a 5-3 margin
• The Brown and Gold outshot the Pioneers 19-3

2nd Quarter

• The Yellow Jackets outshot Marietta 17-8
• BW scored the most goals with eight total
• The Brown and Gold won the face-off battle by a 7-3 margin

• BW won the face-off battle by a 6-2 margin
• The Jackets outshot the Pioneers 17-4
• The Brown and Gold outscored Marietta 7-0

• The Pioneers tied BW with two goals
• Marietta won the face-off battle by a 3-2 margin
• The Yellow Jackets outshot the Pioneers 18-7

BW is back in action on Wednesday, April 23 for its regular season finale in an OAC home contest against Heidelberg University. The game is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. on the Tressel Field inside the George Finnie Stadium.
