BEREA, Ohio – Winners of 15 straight and undefeated in Ohio Athletic Conference action, the Baldwin Wallace University women's basketball team jumped two spots in this week's Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Division III Top 25 and held firm in the D3hoops.com Top 25.
BW jumps to number eight in the WBCA Poll and remained at 14 in the D3hoops.com poll for the third straight week.
Last week, the Yellow Jackets averaged 78 points-per-game while holding their opponents to 59 points-per-contest as they improved to 11-0 in the OAC. BW, who has now won 29 straight OAC games, defeated second place Otterbein University by a final score of 67-52 last Tuesday at home and closed out the week with an 89-66 road victory against Marietta College on Saturday.

Laura McCoy (Newton Falls/Garrettsville Garfield) with 10.0 career-best points-per-game and senior Academic All-OAC forward
Brooke Thompson (Maineville/ Little Miami) with career-high and OAC best tying 7.4 rebounds-per-contest.
BW is back in action on Wednesday, February 4 when it travels to Alliance for an OAC game against the University of Mount Union in the Timken Gymnasium inside the McPherson Academic and Athletic Complex at 7 p.m.
The Yellow Jackets close out the week when they host the second game of a women's and men's OAC doubleheader and Play4Kay Game against Capital University in the Ursprung Gymnasium inside the Lou Higgins Center at 4 p.m.
