WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University women's golfer Kylie Porter has been named Ohio Athletic Conference Golfer of the Week for the third time in her career. 
 
The honor comes after she competed at the Cavalier Fall Invitational hosted by Walsh University at Glenmoor Country Club, where she shot a 79 to come in third place overall as an individual. The tournament was only one day as BW came in fourth place out of seven schools who competed.
 
For the season so far in three total events, Porter has broken 80 in two of them. Her best rounds of the season to date came at the Heidelberg Fall Invitational, where she had rounds of a 76 on both days. In five rounds, she currently has a scoring average of 79.
 
The North Canton native has led the team in scoring both seasons she has played, appeared in 21 rounds, is an All-OAC first team and an All-OAC Tournament team selection. She finished in a tie for fourth place at the OAC Championships a season ago.
 
BW is back on the course Saturday, September 26 where they will travel to Kansasville, Wisconsin for the Benedictine (Ill.) Midwest Regional Classic at Brightondale Links hosted by Benedictine University.
