BALDWIN WALLACE FOOTBALL INFORMATION: Sebastian Zuluaga played his second season of football at Baldwin Wallace University as a sophomore in 2012-2013. He earned his second varsity letter.
As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Sebastian was named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference. He carries a 3.595 grade point average in sport management. HE also is a member of the Dean's List.
He will enter his junior season in 2013-2014 with 586 rushing yards in 132 carries and four touchdowns. He also has caught six passes. Look for the Academic All-OAC performer to again be a key member of the Yellow Jacket offense.
As a freshman in 2011-2012, Sebastian alternated at running back and was a key member of a Yellow Jacket team that finished 8-2 overall and ranked 24th nationally in the final AFCA (American Football Coaches Association) Division III national poll. He carried the ball 37 times for 151 yards (5.59 yards-per-carry). Je also caught two passes for four yards.
As a sophomore in 2012, Sebastian played his second season of football and earned his second letter. He again alternated at RB and helped BW to a 7-3 overall record. He carried the ball 95 times for a team-leading 435 yards (4.6-yard average) with four touchdowns and a long gain of 31 yards. He also caught four passes for 16 yards.
HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Sebastian attended Gulf Coast High School in Naples, Florida and earned a total of 10 varsity letter, including three each in football and rugby and two each in track and soccer
In football as a senior, Sebastian was named his teams Most Valuable Player and named as a first-team All-Conference performer. He rushed for 818 rushing yards in 124 attempts with 11 TDs and caught 19 passes for 197 yards and had one TD. In rugby, Sebastian was a three-time All-State selection and two-time team Most Valuable Player.
