BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Jake O'Connor played four seasons of football at Baldwin Wallace University (2011-2014) and earned one varsity letter.
GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2011-2012, Jake played his first season of football and earned a certificate of participation. He saw playing time at the wide receiver postion on the junior varsity squad. The BW varsity finished 8-2 overall and was ranked 24th in the final AFCA (American Football Coaches Association) Division III national poll.
As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Jake played his second season of football and received a certificate of participation. He saw playing time at wide receiver on the junior varsity team. BW finished 7-3 overall.
As a junior in 2013-2014, Jake played his third season of football and split time between the varsity and junior varsity teams. He received his third certificate of participation. He again saw action at WR. BW finished 6-4 overall.
As a senior in 2014-2015, Jake played his fourth season of football and earned his first varsity letter. He played in five varsity games as both a WR and kick return specialist. He returned nine kickoffs for an 18.2-yard average with a career-long return of 28 yards. BW finished 5-5 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Jake O'Connor grew up in Wellington, Ohio and graduated from Black River High School.
Jake competed in four seasons of football, basketball and baseball. He earned four varsity letters in each sport.
In football, Jake earned first-team All-Patriot Athletic Conference, first-team All-Lorain County and first-team All-District honors from 2008-10. He also was honorable mention All-Ohio in 2008 and 2010.
In baseball in 2010, Jake was also first-team All-PAC and All-Lorain County.
