BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Alex Kissell played his first season of football at Baldwin Wallace University in 2015-2016 and received a certificate of participation.

As a freshman in 2015-2016, Alex played his first season of football and received a certificate of participation. He saw action on the junior varsity team at defensive end. BW finished 7-3 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Alex grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania and graduated from Erie Cathedral Prep High School.

Alex played four years of football and earned three varsity letters. As a senior in 2014, he was a second-team All-Region player (District 10/ Region 6, Class AAA). Alex also was the Week 3 Defensive Player of the Week. Statistically, Alex had 29 total tackles, including 13 solo stops and 2.5 quarterback sacks. He also caused one fumble, recovered three other fumbles and intercepted a pass.

Academically, Alex received Second Honors.
