Pat Lyons is entering his first season as an assistant offensive coach of the Yellow Jackets football program and ninth overall in 2026. He previously served as the assistant quarterbacks coach from 2018-2025 for the Yellow Jackets.

Lyons came to Berea after serving as an offensive line coach at Augustana (Ill.) College for two seasons. 

Prior to Augustana, Lyons served as a tight ends and offensive line coach at Ohio Wesleyan University for three seasons.  He also had one-year coaching stops at NCAA Division I University of Wyoming and Western Kentucky University. 

Lyons received a Bachelor of Science from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
