ACADEMIC MAJOR: Business Administration

BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a sophomore in 2013, Derrick played his second season of football at Baldwin Wallace University. His season was cut short due an injury.

SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON):  As a sophomore in the 2013-2014 season, Derrick competed in his second season of football, but sustained an injury that ended his season.

GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION:  As a freshman in the 2012-2013 season, Derrick played his first season of football and earned a certficate of participation. He saw playing time on both the offense and defense lines for the junior varsity team. BW finished 7-3 overall.
    As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Derrick competed on the Junior Varsity team at the defensive tackle position. He sustained a season ending injury. BW finished 6-4 overall.

    As a junior in 2014-2015, Derrick will compete in his third season of football and look to earn his first varsity letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Derrick Nowell grew up in Andover, New York and graduated from Proctor Academy. In high school, Derrick was awarded MVP All-League in 2010 and 2011.  He was an All-Conference athlete.
