ACADEMIC MAJOR: Accounting
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Josh Rice played his third season of football at Baldwin Wallace University in 2016-2017. He earned his second varsity letter, started at right guard on the varsity and handed the short snaps in placekicking situations on the special teams.
THROUGH-THE-YEARS: As a freshman in 2014-2015, Josh played his first season of football and received a certificate of participation. The offensive guard split time between the varsity and junior varsity teams. He saw action in one varsity game at OG. BW finished 5-5 overall.
As a sophomore in 2015-2016, Josh played his second season of football and earned his first varsity letter. He saw playing time on the varsity offensive line. Josh helped the Yellow Jackets to average 31.5 points and 420.6 yards of total offense per game. BW finished 7-3 overall.
As a junior in 2016-2017, Josh played his third season of football and earned his second varsity letter. He started at right guard on the varsity and handled the short snaps on placekicking situations on the special teams. Josh started nine games at RG and missed one due to an injury. He helped BW average 28.5 points and 351.4 yards of total offense per game. BW finished 3-7 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Josh Rice grew up in Concord, Ohio and graduated from Painesville Harvey High School.
Josh played football, basketball, baseball and wrestled. He earned four letters in football, four in baseball, three in wrestling and one in basketball.
Josh also earned All-Academic Honors.
