BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Kyle Kelly played his first season of football at Baldwin Wallace University in 2016-2017. The freshman defensive back earned a certificate of participation.
THROUGH-THE-YEARS: As a freshman in 2016-2017, Kyle played his first season of football and earned a certificate of participation. He split time between the varsity and junior varsity teams in the secondary. He was a key player on a J.V. team that had a 6-1 record. The BW varsity finished 3-7 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Kyle grew up in Wadsworth, Ohio and graduated from Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary High School.
Kyle played four years of football and earned three varsity letters. He also played baseball and lettered three times.
In football, Kyle was a two-year starter who had 131 career tackles with five pass breakups and three fumble recoveries.
In abseball, Kyle had a .405 career on-base average with 57 hits. As a senior in 2016, he was the Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary H.S. Most Valuable Defensive Player and an Academic All-Ohio selection.
Academically, Kyle was a National Honors Society student and received the Emerald Shamrock Award at SVSM.
