HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PLAYED (YEARS & LETTERS EARNED): Luke played four years of football, basketball and baseball. He earned four varsity letters in both football and baseball, and he earned two in basketball.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, SPECIFY SPORT & YEAR: (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.): In football following his senior season, Luke was named first-team All-Conference, All-District, third-team All-State, and Defensive Player of the Year in TAAC for his outstnading play on the field.
