BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Matt Martorelli played his first season of football at Baldwin Wallace University in 2015-2016. The freshman defensive tackle earned a certificate of participation.

THROUGH-THE-YEARS:  As a freshman in 2016-2017, Matt played his first season of football and earned a certificate of participation. He split time between the varsity and junior varsity teams on the defensive line. He was a key player on a J.V. team that had a 6-1 record. The BW varsity finished 3-7 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Matt grew up in Melbourne, Florida and graduated from Viera High School.

Matt played four years of football and earned three varsity letters. As a senior in 2015, he had 94 total tackles, including 12 quarterback sacks, 22 total tackles for loss and one fumble recovery. He earned a PLayer of the Game award.
