HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PLAYED (YEARS & LETTERS EARNED): Matt played football and basketball for four years and earned four varsity letters in each.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, SPECIFY SPORT & YEAR: (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.): Matt earned All-Conference and All-District honors twice, All-County honors three times, and All-State honors once while playing football.  On the basketball floor, he earned All-Conference accolades three times, All-District twice, and All-State once as well.
