BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Mike Waggoner played four seasons of football at Baldwin Wallace University(2012-2016) and earned three varsity letters. He was a two-year starter at wide receiver. As a senior in 2016, Mike was named as BW's Most Outstanding Receiver.

CAREER SYNOPSIS: Mike played four years of football and earned three varsity letters. The two-year starter caught 61 career passes for 932 yards and five touchdowns. BW had a 21-19 record.
THROUGH-THE-YEARS: As a freshman in 2012-2013, Mike played his first season of football and received a certificate of participation. He saw playing time at wide receiver and defensive back on the junior varsity team. BW finished 7-3 overall.
As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Mike was injured and did not play. BW finished 6-4 overall.
As a red-shirt sophomore in 2014-2015, Mike played his third season of football and earned his first varsity letter. He alternated in the wide receiver rotation on the varsity and played in four games (missed six due to an injury) and caught nine passes for 117 yards (13.0 yards per catch) with no touchdowns. BW finished 5-5 overall.
As a junior in 2015-2016, Mike played his third season of football and earned his second letter. He started at at wide receiver. Mike caught 26 passes for a team-leading 401 yards and four TD's. He had a career-long catch of 59 yards. Mike had a career-high eight receptions for 152 yards and two TD's, including the 59-yarder, in a season-ending 44-31 win versus Heidelberg University in Berea on November 14. BW finished 7-3 overall.
As a senior in 2016-2017, Mike played his fourth season of football and earned his third letter. He started at WR for the second straight year. As a senior, Mike was named as BW's Outstanding Receiver. Mike caught a team-leading 26 passes for 414 yards (15.5 per catch) with a TD. He also returned two punts for 13 yards and a kickoff 11 yards. He caught four passes for 110 yards, including a season-long of 43 yards, and a TD in a 31-21 season-ending victory versus Ohio Northern University in Berea on Nov. 12. BW finished 3-7 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Mike Waggoner grew up in Stow, Ohio and graduated from Stow-Monroe Falls High School.
Mike played four years of football and earned three varsity letters. He also played four years of basketball and earned two varsity letters. He also played one year of baseball but did not letter.
In football as a senior, Michael earned honorable mention All-Northeast Ohio Conference and honorable mention All-Northeast Ohio Inland District. On Offense, Mike had 23 receptions for 345 yards and four touchdowns. On defense, he recorded 34 tackles and 18 assists.
Mike also earned an academic letter.
