HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Phil Saracco grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from Upper St. Clair High School.

Phil played four years of football and earned three varsity letters. He also ran track for two years and lettered twice.

In addition to his athletics exploits, Phil was named as the Upper St. Clair H.S. Student of the Year.
