BALDWIN WALLACE INFORMATION:
 SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON):  As a senior in 2011, Sonny competed in his third season of football for  the Yellow Jackets and earned his second varsity letter.  As a junior  in 2010, Sonny competed in his second season of football at  Baldwin-Wallace College and earned his first varsity letter. He  transferred to B-W from OAC-rival Heidelberg College in the Fall of  2009.
 ATHLETIC HONORS: Sonny  was a first team All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection in 2011 because  of his great performance during his senior year.  
  
 GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION:  Sonny  had a solid four-year football career. B-W had a 23-17  record   during  his four seasons in the Brown & Gold. He earned two  varsity    letters, recorded 69 career tackles, including 37 solo, 19 tackles    for loss, nine and a half sacks, three forced fumbles, one interception,  and had three pass deflections.
As a freshman in 2008, Sonny  attended Ohio Athletic Conference rival Heidelberg University and saw  action as a defensive end on the junior varsity team.
In the Fall  of 2009, Sonny transferred to B-W and played his first season of  football. He played DE on the junior varsity squad and earned a letter  of participation.
As a junior in 2010, Sonny played his second  season of football and is a starting defensive end.  He played in all  ten games and recorded 27 tackles, six tackles-for-loss for a total loss  of 27 yards, three forced fumbles, one interception, two pass  deflections and two sacks.
As a senior in 2011, Sonny competed in  his third season of football.  He started and played in all ten games  and recorded 42 tackles, 13 tackles-for-loss for a total of 51 yards,  one pass deflection and seven and half sacks. Sonny was a first team OAC  selection because of his great performance this year. B-W finished 8-2  overall.
