ACADEMIC MAJOR: Business Administration & Finance
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Tony Gillems played his first season of football at Baldwin Wallace University in 2016-2017. He earned his first varsity letter and started a number of games at ioffensive guard.
THROUGH-THE-YEARS: As a freshman in 2015-2016, Tony tried to play his first season of football, but an injury forced him to miss most the season. The promising offensive lineman was a member of the rotation when he was injured. BW finished 7-3 overall.
As a red-shirt freshman in 2016-2017, Tony played his first season of football and earned his first varsity letter. He played an integrel role on the offensive line at left guard. He played in six games and missed four due to injuries. Tony helped BW to average 28.5 points and 351.4 yards per game of total offense. BW finished 3-7 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Tony grew up in Canton, Ohio and graduated from Canton McKinley High School.
Tony played four years of football and earned three varsity letters. He also lettered once each in baseball and basketball.
In football, Tony earned second-team All-Federal League honors twice and was an honorable mention pick another time.
