SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): Asa senior in 2012, Tyler will play in his fourth season of football,and will look to earn his third varsity letter. As a junior in2011, Tyler competed in his third season of football and earned hissecond varsity letter.
ATHLETIC HONORS: As a junior in 2011, Tyler wasnamed as the OAC Offensive Player of the Week on October 8, when heran for 123 yards in a career-high 28 attempts and scored on runsof three, 11 and two yards to help the Yellow Jackets to a 27-21win at Otterbein.
GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: Tyler has had asolid football career thus far. B-W has recorded a 18-12 recordduring his three seasons in the Brown & Gold. For hiscareer, Tyler has earned two varsity letters, as he hasappeared in 18 varsity games over his three seasons. Offensively,Tyler has rushed for 940 yards on 195 attempts with seven TDs andis averaging 4.8 yards-per-carry. He also has caught five passesfor 28 yards and is averaging 5.6 yards-per-catch. On specialteams, Tyler has returned one kickoff for 40 yards and five putsfor 23 yards. He is averaging 4.6 yards per-punt return
As a freshman in 2009, Tyler played in his first season offootball. Tyler played runningback on the junior varsity squad andearned a certificate of participation, despite appearing in onevarsity game.
As a sophmore in 2010, Tyler competed in his second season offootball. He is spltting time between the varsity and juniorvarsity teams. On the varsity, Tyler was a back up running back andreturned punts. He saw action in seven varsity games andcarried the ball five times for 16 yards. He also returnedfive punts for 23 yards and returned one kickoff for 40yards. He finished the year with 79 all-purpose yards.
As a junior in 2011, Tyler competed in his third season offootball and is the starting running back and currently ranksfourth in the Ohio Athletic Conference in rushing. In eight games,he has carried the ball 155 times for 748 yards and six touchdowns.He also has caught five passes for 28 more yards. He has 100-yardefforts, including three consecutive games. Tyler was named as theOAC Offensive Player of the Week on October 8 when he ran for 123yards in a career-high 28 attempts and scored on runs of three, 11and two yards to help the Yellow Jackets to a 27-21 win atOtterbein. Lohr also caught one pass for 10 yards. He finished theseason with 924 total rushing yards and seven touchdowns.
As a senior in 2012, Tyler will play in his fourth season offootball and look to be the Yellow Jackets starting runningback forthe second straight season.

As a senior, he was first-team All-PTC, second-teamAll-District, team MVP, team captain, team Coaches Award and earnedthe Greater Akron Touchdown Club Award. In baseball, he wasRookie of the Year as a freshman, and won the Hustle Award as asophomore. As a junior, he was second-team All-PTC andsecond-team All-District. As a senior, he was Ravenna RecordCourier Athlete of the Month and was a team captain.
