Josh Fiorentino enters his first season as an assistant coach/recruiting intern for the Baldwin Wallace University track & field and cross country programs in 2025-26.
As part of the men's cross country coaching staff, he was a co-recipient of the Ohio Athletic Conference Coaching Staff of the Year award in 2025. The staff led the Yellow Jackets to a third-place finish in the OAC Championship race, and helped to produce a NCAA Division III National Championship runner.
Fiorentino came to BW after Bachelor of Science in accounting from Heidelberg University in 2024.
While at Heidelberg, the North Canton native, was a five-year member of Heidelberg's track & field and cross country teams and served as a team captain.  Fiorentino set seven different personal records during his fifth season. His expertise of the OAC is evident as he had five top-25 finishes in OAC championship events throughout his career.
Fiorentino also completed a Master of Business Administration at Heidelberg in 2025.
