
ACADEMIC MAJOR: Psychology
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Chris Nurse played three seasons of lacrosse at Baldwin Wallace University (2013-2015. He earned two varsity letters.
GENERAL LACROSSE INFORMATION: Chris played three seasons of lacrosse and was on the inaugural team in 2012-2013. He helped BW compile a 25-15 mark with a .625 winning percentage.
Individually, Chris played in 29 games, exclusively on defense, took 16 total shots, including eight on-goal, scored twice and added three assists for five total points. He also collected 71 ground balls and caused 29 turnovers.
As a freshman in 2011-2012, BW did not sponsor lacrosse as a sport yet.
As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Chris played his first season of lacrosse and earned his first varsity letter. He played in all 11 games, including nine starts, took eight shots, including four on-goal, scored four goals and added an assist for five points. He also collected 31 ground balls and was second on the team with 15 caused turnovers. BW finished 6-5 overall.
As a junior in 2013-2014, Chris played his second season of lacrosse at BW and received a certificate of participation. He played in four games and collected one ground ball. BW finished 7-7 overall.
As a senior in 2014-2015, Chris played his third season of lacrosse and earned his second letter. He had his best season as a collegian. Chris played in 14 games on defense, took eight shots, including five on-goal, scored two goals and added three assists for five points. He also ranked third with 39 ground balls and third with 14 caused turnovers. BW finished with a school-record 12 victories, including a record 11 straight wins to start the season, a 12-3 record and advanced to the OAC Tournament semi-finals.

HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Chris grew up in Westlake, Ohio and graduated from Westlake High School where he earned two varsity letters in three seasons of lacrosse.
Chris was a two-time second-team all-region honoree (2009-10).
