SOFTBALL INFORMATION: Kate Carabin played her fourth season of softball in 2014. Kate earned her fourth varsity letter.

As a freshman in 2011, Kate earned her first varsity letter as she appeared in 18 games with one start. Kate recorded nine at-bats getting two hits, posting a .222 batting average (2 hits on 9 at-bats). She drove in one run and and stole two bases in three attempts. She posted an .800 fielding percentage with three put outs, one assist and one error.
As a sophomore in 2012, Kate earned her second varsity letter as she appeared in 27 games with six starts. Kate recorded six hits. In the field, she had a fielding percentage of .857, with six put outs and one error.
As a junior in 2013, Kate earned her third varsity letter as she appeared in 23 games with 14 starts. She recorded two hits and had a fielding percentage of .813 with 13 put outs and 3 errors. Kate also served team captain.
As a senior in 2014, Kate played her fourth season of softball and earned her fourth varsity letter. She appeared in 33 games, starting 29 of them. Kate recorded four hits and drove in two runs. She had a fielding percentage of 1.000 with 39 putouts and zero errors. BW finished with a 18-19 overall record.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Kate Carabin grew up in Norwalk, Ohio and graduated from St. Paul High School. Kate played volleyball and earned two letters. She also played softball and earned three letters.
In volleyball, Kate recieved honorable mention conference junior and senior year. In softball, she earned second team all conference senior year as well as most improved player
