BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Asa red-shirt sophomore in 2013-14, Carly's season was ended earlydue to an injury.
ACADEMIC HONORS: As a sophomore in2012-2013, Carly was named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference. She carries a solid 3.7 grade point average. As a junior in2013-14, Carly was named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference forcarrying an outstanding 3.72 grade point average.
GENERAL SOCCER INFORMATION: As a freshmanin 2011-2012, Carly was unable to compete due to injury. She willreceive a medical red-shirt. BW finished 11-9 overall.
As a red-shirt freshman in 2012-2013, Carly played her firstseason of soccer and earned her first letter. She played midfieldand appeared in 13 matches. She took three shots, including twoon-goal, but did not score. She was a key member of a defensethat allowed just 12 goals in 19 matches and led the OAC with a0.61 goals-against-average. For her efforts both in the classroomand on the field, Carly was named Academic All-OAC. BW finished12-3-4 overall.
As a red-shirt sophomore, Carly competed in her second season ofsoccer. She saw action in six matches and recorded one shoton frame. Unfortunately, Carly had to sit the remainder ofthe season due to an injury. She was named Academic All-OhioAthletic Conference for carrying an outstanding 3.72 grade pointaverage.
HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: CarlyNorman grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and graduated fromCentral Dauphin High School. Carly played three years ofsoccer and basketball and earned five varsity letters, includingthree in soccer and two in basketball.
As a freshman in 2007-2008 and sophomore in 2008-2009, Carlyhelped Central Dauphin H.S. win both a District championship andthen a PIAA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association)state title.
