BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICSINFORMATION: Lindsey Mikula played four years ofwomen's soccer at Baldwin Wallace University and earned fourvarsity letters. In her career, she saw action in 68 matches andwas a key member of the BW midfield during that time.
GENERAL SOCCER INFORMATION: LindseyMikula played four years of soccer (2009-2013) and earned fourvarsity letters. During her career, BW compiled a 38-36-7 record,including a school record-tying 14 wins as a senior.
Individually, Lindsey played in 68 games during her career,recording 80 shots, 36 on-goal, and 16 points on seven goals andtwo assists.
As a freshman in 2009-2010, Lindsey played in her first seasonof soccer. She started at midfield and appeared in seven gamesbefore suffering a season-ending injury that required surgery (fora second time).
As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Lindsey played in her second seasonof soccer and earned her second varsity letter. She played in all21 games and started 19. She took 32 shots, scored nine points withfour goals and one assist and had two game-winners. The YellowJackets qualified for the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament. B-Wfinished 7-10-4 overall.
As a junior in 2011-2012, Lindsey competed in her third seasonof soccer and earned her third varsity letter. She started atthe forward postion and played in all 20 games this season. Lindseytook 16 shots and was credited with one assist. B-W againqualified for the OAC Tournament and finished the season with an11-9 record.
In 2012-2013, Lindsey did not compete in soccer.
As a senior in 2013-2014, Lindsey completed her fourth season ofsoccer and earned her fourth varsity letter. She competed in all 20matches, starting in 19. Lindsey took 36 shots, and tallied threegoals for a total of six points. BW finished 14-6 overall and tiedthe school record for wins in a season. She was named as B-W'sMost Valuable Player.
HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: LindseyMikula grew up in Rocky River, Ohio and graduated from Rocky RiverHigh School. Lindsey played four years of soccer and earnedthree varsity letters. She also ran track for one year, butdid not letter. As a sophomore in soccer in 2006, Lindsey wasfirst team All-West Shore Conference and third team All-GreaterCleveland. As a junior in 2007, she was first team All-WSCand second team All-Greater Cleveland. As a senior in 2008,she was team captain second team All-WSC and honorable mentionAll-Greater Cleveland. Lindsey finished her career with 18 goalsand 16 assists.
Lindsey was a three-year honor roll student, Pirate of theSemester in 2008 and received the Patrick Burke award in 2008.
