GENERAL SOCCER INFORMATION: Rachel Gokeyplayed four years of soccer (2010-2011) and earned four varsityletters. During her career, BW compiled a 44-28-8 record, includinga school record-tying 14 wins when she was a senior.
Individually, Rachel played in 78 career games, took 89 shots,including 47 on-goal, and scored 29 points on nine goals and 11assists.
As a freshman in 2010-2011 Rachel played in her first season ofsoccer and earned her first varsity letter. She played in all 21games, including 13 starts. She took 19 shots, including 12on-goal, scored seven points and had two goals and three assists.The Yellow Jackets qualified for the Ohio Athletic Conferenceplayoffs with a 7-10-4 overall record.
As a sophomore in 2011-12, Rachel competed in her second seasonof soccer and earned her second letter. She appeared in 19games, took 23 shots, including nine on-goal, scored three goalsand had four assists for 10 points. BW finished 11-9 overall andadvanced to the OAC Tournament.
As a junior in 2012-13, Rachel played her third season of soccerand earned her third letter. She played in 19 matches, including 19starts, took 26 shots, including 16 on-goal, scored two goals andhad two assists for six points. For her efforts, Rachel wasnamed second-team All-OAC. BW finished 12-3-4 overall.
As a senior in 2013-14, Rachel played her fourth and finalseason of soccer and earned her fourth varisty letter. She playedin 19 matches, took 21 shots, including ten on-goal, scored twogoals and had two assists for six points. BW finished up 14-5-1overall and tied the school record for wins in a season.
HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: RachelGokey grew up in Seville, Ohio and graduated from Cloverleaf HighSchool. Rachel played four years of varsity soccer and lettered allfour years. She also ran two years of track and earned two letters.Rachel earned first-team All-Suburban League honors as a junior andsenior and second-team as a sophomore.
