Molly Harrison

Molly Harrison enters her first season as a graduate assistant coach at Baldwin Wallace University 2025.

Harrison joins BW after earning a Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies from NCAA Division I University of Cincinnati, where she was a four-year standout on the Bearcats women's volleyball team.

During her collegiate career, Harrison appeared in 74 matches and 188 sets, recording 162 digs, 24 service aces, 16 assists, and two kills. Off the court, she was named to the 2024 Academic All-Big 12 First Team in 2023 and earned Honor Roll recognition in all four years. Harrison was also an active member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Before attending Cincinnati, she was a two-sport athlete at St. Joseph Academy, excelling in both volleyball and softball. Harrison earned the Don Kostell Scholarship for her achievements as a multi-sport athlete and graduated with High Honors. She also served as the Executive Board Student Ambassador for the Ohio Math League.

In volleyball, Harrison played under current BW Head Coach Kate Latkovic and served as team captain her senior year. She was named All-District Honorable Mention, received the Coaches Award, and helped lead her team to the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) Final Four and a District Championship.

Harrison, who is the niece of BW Head Baseball Coach Brian Harrison, Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) in mild/moderate special education.
