As a freshman in 2010, Emily transfered from Heidelberg University. Emily played basketball at Heidelberg.
As a sophomore in 2011, Emily played in her first season of volleyball for the Yellow Jackets. She played in four games and recorded 3 kills, 2 service aces, and 3 digs.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT, ETC.): Volleyball: Emily was 1st-Team North Eastern of Ohio, 1st-Team PAC, and 1st-Team Lorain County in '07,'08, and '09. Basketball: Named to the All-Ohio Honorable Mention team, Lorain County Miss Basketball, Lorain County and PAC player of the year. Softball: 1st-Team Lorain County and PAC, 2nd-Team All-District.
