MANHEIM, Pa. – The Baldwin Wallace University men's wrestling team moved up to fifth in the latest National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) national poll.
BW, who is one of two Ohio Athletic Conference teams to be ranked, is fifth with an overall record of 10-4 and an OAC mark of 3-0. Ohio Northern University is the other OAC team to be ranked at 15th.
The Yellow Jackets also have four wrestlers ranked in the top 15 in the nation in senior All-American 133-pounder
Jaden Hinton (Glassboro, N.J.), senior All-American and two-time defending 149-pound champion
Michael Petrella (Reynoldsburg/Bishop Hartley), sophomore All-OAC 165-pounder

M. Petrella, who moved up to 157-pounds this season, is the highest ranked BW wrestler at number one. He is 20-0 on the season with 11 technical falls, four pins and three major decisions
. M. Petrella has been named the OAC Men's Wrestler of the Week three times this season. He ranks second on the school's all-time wins list with a record of 135-4.
Hinton is ranked fourth and has a record of 18-5 this season He has tallied seven technical falls and three major decisions.
Hinton ranks fourth on the all-time wins list with a record of 122-23.
Supers is ranked fifth and has a record of 25-4 on the season. He has tallied five pins, four technical falls and four major decisions.
Supers is 60-13 in two seasons with 16 technical falls, 12 pins and eight major decisions.
J. Petrella is ranked eighth and has a record of 10-1 on the season. He has tallied two pins, two technical falls and one major decision.

The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Friday, January 24 when they travel to Cleveland for a non-conference dual against Case Western Reserve University inside the Veale Convocation, Recreation, and Athletic Center at 7 p.m.
