BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's lacrosse team defeated Otterbein University in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup by a final score of 18-5 on the Tressel Field inside the George Finnie Stadium.

BW (7-8, 3-2 OAC) was led by sophomore midfielder Annette Doren (Lakewood) as she notched four goals, two assists, one ground ball and one caused turnover. The Jackets were also led by senior attack Lily Tope (Delaware / Hayes) as she tallied three goals and two ground balls. 

1st Quarter

• BW outscored Otterbein 5-2
• The Yellow Jackets won the draw control battle by a 7-0 margin
• The Brown and Gold outshot the Cardinals 13-4

2nd Quarter

• The Jackets outshot Otterbein 14-2
• BW scored the most goals with seven total
• The Brown and Gold won the draw control battle by a 7-1 margin

3rd Quarter

• BW outscored the Cardinals 3-1
• The Yellow Jackets outshot Otterbein 8-5
• The Cardinals won the draw control battle by a 3-1 margin

4th Quarter

• The Brown and Gold tied Otterbein with five shots
• BW scored the most goals with three total
• The Jackets won the draw control battle by a 4-0 margin

The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Friday, April 18 for their regular season home finale and Seniors' Day game in an OAC contest against Marietta College. The game is set to begin at 12:00 p.m. on the Tressel Field inside the George Finnie Stadium.
