BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's basketball team came up short against Ohio Northern University in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup, 66-50, inside Ursprung Gymnasium.

Freshman guard Josh Byers (Strongsville) led all BW players with nine points and three rebounds

Junior forward Isaac Richardson (Avon Lake) had eight points and three rebounds

Junior forward AJ Pestello (Cuyahoga Falls/ Stow-Munroe Falls) had eight points and three rebounds

Sophomore guard Brock Beech (Medina) scored seven points, had three rebounds, and two assists, which was second on the team
- Junior guard Titus Baskerville IV (Stow/ Stow-Munroe Falls) had three rebounds, and a team-carrying five assists

The game started off with BW winning the jump ball and immediately starting the scoring with a layup by Baskerville IV

The teams traded leads back-and-forth eight times, with BW's biggest lead being five before having a one-point advantage at the break

Pestello led the Yellow Jackets at halftime with six points and three rebounds
- The Brown and Gold had seven assists on 13 made field goals in the half
Second Half (ONU 66-50)

For the rest of the game, the Polar Bears outscored BW 24-17 to collect their fifth win in conference play
